Marco, Simone and Ale, three young men from Rome, get hold of the keys to a luxurious villa and decide to spend the weekend there while the owner is away.

But their plans unravel when the owner, Marquis Lanzi, is forced to return after his car breaks down.

Simone witnesses a horrifying scene: Marquis Lanzi is torturing a young woman. He tries to free her, but the Marquis catches him, chains him up and begins torturing him as well.

When Marco and Ale hear screams coming from the cellar, they rush downstairs and try to kill the Marquis, but he manages to escape.

The four young people attempt to flee the villa.

What they do not know is that Marquis Lanzi is still inside, preparing an ambush for them all.
